Services

What types of therapy do you offer, and how do I know which service is right for my situation?

We offer addiction recovery, individual, couples, and family therapy, parenting support, and DUI services (coming soon). If you are unsure which service fits your needs, we can help you understand your options and recommend an approach that matches your goals. We have years of experience, especially with high-conflict couples and families.

Do you offer therapy sessions both in-person and online, and how flexible are your scheduling options?

You can choose either in-person or online therapy sessions, depending on what works best for you. We offer flexible scheduling, including daytime and evening options, to help fit therapy into your routine.

Can you help if my family is struggling with ongoing conflict or communication issues?

Yes, we can help if your family is experiencing conflict or having trouble communicating. We have experience working with families in difficult situations and can guide you in building healthier relationships and finding better ways to talk and solve problems together.

Do you provide support for both individuals and couples, or do you only work with one group?

We offer support for individuals, couples, and families. Whether you need one-on-one help or want to work through challenges together as a couple or family, you have options. Our services are designed to meet the needs of different situations and relationships.

How It Works

How does the therapy process work at Luken Therapy Services, and what can I expect during my first session?

At Luken Therapy Services, your first session focuses on understanding your needs and goals. We listen to your concerns, discuss possible approaches, and outline a personalized plan. Whether you want individual, couples, family, or addiction recovery support, you’ll know what to expect and how we’ll work together as you begin your journey.

How will you keep my information private and ensure confidentiality during therapy sessions?

We respect your privacy. Everything you share with us stays confidential and is only used to help you during therapy. Your information is protected, and we follow strict ethical and legal standards to keep your sessions private and secure.

How long does the typical therapy process take, and how often will I need to attend sessions?

The length and frequency of therapy depend on your needs and goals. Some people benefit from a few sessions, while others need ongoing support. Most start with weekly sessions, and we adjust the schedule together as you make progress.

Pricing & Payment

How much do your therapy and addiction recovery services cost?

Most sessions are covered by health insurance.  We work with major insurance companies and Tricare West to serve our Veterans and their families; your share would be the copay only.   If you do not have insurance coverage, we have a convenient fee of $85 per session.

What payment options do you offer, and when is payment due for your services?

All of our payments are handled through credit card.  During onboarding, you will be asked to record a credit card; your copay or session fee will be deducted a week after your session; is that simple.  We do not require a deposit, and we strive to make payment easy for you.

Do you offer payment plans or financing options for your therapy and recovery services?

We understand that therapy is an important investment. If you need more time to pay, we can discuss flexible payment arrangements to fit your budget. You will know your options before starting any services.

Scheduling & Policies

How far in advance do I need to schedule an appointment, and what is your policy for rescheduling or canceling sessions?

You can schedule appointments based on our available openings, and we offer both in-person and online options. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We do our best to accommodate changes and make it easy for you to find a new time that works.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment at the last minute—will I be charged a cancellation fee?

If you cancel your appointment at the last minute, there may be a cancellation fee. We understand that unexpected things happen, and we try to be fair whenever possible. If you give us notice in advance, we can often waive the fee.

Do you offer any guarantees or refunds if I am not satisfied with the therapy services provided?
